最近在做報告看到這些英文我就昏了!不知道裡面的內容寫些什麼

自己翻的又怪怪的

希望最好能有很完整的翻譯現在病史：According to ststement of parents

this 5＋ month old male suffered from fever off and on

cough with sputum sound

rhinorrhea

and stiff nose since 96/5/11

and loose stool passage on 9605/13. Despite of our OPD and PER oral medication

no improvement was noted.Dus to fever and subcostal retraction

he was brought to visit中國醫藥大學 hospital on 96/05/13 night when CxR showed Bronchopneumonia .He was transfered to our PER on 96/05/13 late night

and admitted to our ward for further management.
根據父母敘述

這個五個月大男嬰自96/5/11日就有間歇性高燒、咳嗽有痰音及鼻塞流鼻水的情形

5/13日開始解軟便情形. 曾在本院的門診OPD及兒科急診PER就醫並服用口服藥

返家後並無改善!由於發燒及呼吸肋骨凹陷情形(應是一種呼吸困難的症狀)

他於96/5/13日晚間被帶到中國醫藥大學醫院給予胸腔X光檢查(CHEST X RAY) 發現有支氣管性肺炎! 於是當晚被轉至小兒科急診

並入住本病房做進一部治療!
